SHIPPING

Shipping within Italy
Each item, complete with its product tag tied with a tricolor ribbon, is carefully inspected before being shipped. It is placed inside its personalized bag and then packed in the original shipping box. Shipments are exclusively made via express courier. Each purchased item will correspond to a single dedicated shipment, costing €18.00 per item.

Shipping to the rest of the world
Each item, complete with its product tag tied with a tricolor ribbon, is carefully inspected before being shipped. It is placed inside its personalized bag and then packed in the original shipping box. Shipments are exclusively made via express courier. Each purchased item will correspond to a single dedicated shipment. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated based on the order’s origin.

The preparation of individual shipments will be carried out under the following conditions:

• For items in stock, within 2 (two) business days from the time of purchase.
• For items temporarily unavailable, the customer will be contacted within 2 (two) business days from the time of purchase to define delivery times.

RETURNS

For return policies, MANIKOMIO DSGN by Cabbia Massimo complies with the applicable regulations. It is specified that, if the conditions for accepting a return are met, it will be approved, and a refund will be processed only if the product is returned intact and in the same condition in which it was received. This includes the original set of accessories, such as the product tag tied to the item with its tricolor ribbon. The product must be carefully placed inside the original bag and returned in the same shipping box received at the time of delivery.

Any refund, where justified, will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. In all cases, MANIKOMIO DSGN by Cabbia Massimo reserves the right to verify that the returned item has not been damaged, stained, or is missing its original accessories or packaging, including the original shipping box, before processing the refund.

It is specified that for returned items subject to a refund, shipping costs for both delivery and return will not be reimbursed.
